Mark has lived and worked in the western suburbs of the Twin Cities for over 40 years. Mark and his wife Deb, have raised two children and are deeply rooted in the community. Both Mark and Deb are small business owners and are also active in a variety of volunteer organizations within their church, their children’s school and the University of Minnesota. Mark is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Business. He is chair emeritus of the Bob Allison Ataxia Research Center and is deeply involved with neurological disease research funding at the University of Minnesota. Mark entered the hearing aid industry in 2012 with the opening of his first office in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Following the success of his first office he soon opened his second in Bloomington, Minnesota.
Kevin started in the hearing aid industry in 1975 and received his degree in Bio-Medical Equipment Technology in that year. After spending several years studying and repairing hearing aids he became interested in audiology at which point he obtained his certification as a Hearing Instrument Specialist in the state of Minnesota. Kevin has experience working with and servicing several brands of hearing instruments. He places a large emphasis on patient care, hearing rehabilitation and expert fitting. In fact, Kevin has received "Outstanding Service" awards on multiple occasions. He also is a hearing aid wearer which makes him uniquely qualified to provide expert care and advice to those with a hearing impairment.
